Terms & Conditions

1. Standard talk prices based on a 30 min talk, £175.00.
   
   
2. Each 15 mins in addition to the standard 30 mins will be charged at £25.
   
   
3. Events within a 25 mile radius will be charged with no milage.  Events over 25 mile radius will be charged travel at 42p per mile (the amount will be agreed prior to the event).
   
   
4. At least 2 weeks notice required if there is a change in venue, subject of talk or length of talk.
   
   
5. If the event is cancelled within 1 week of the scheduled talk the agreed price will still be invoiced.
   
   
6. All insurance will be covered by the event organiser.
   
   
   
7. All health and safety laws will be adhered to.
   
8. Any failure of equipment that belongs to or has been hired by the event organiser shall remain the responsibility of the organiser and the fee agreed shall still be payable to Terena.
   
   
9. If Terena becomes ill or is otherwise verifiably unable to fulfil her obligations under the agreed booking information no invoice will be charged to the events organiser.
   
   
10. Invoices will be paid within 14 days of receipt.
    
    
11. Cheques will be payable to Terena Plowright.
